Definitions
subscriptionAgreementId - a subscription agreement is a pricing for the product package agreed with
the customer (parking user). There can be multiple subscription agreements under one billing account.
A list of subscription agreements can be obtained from the billing account manager.
co - stands for c/o, an abbreviation for care of, means through someone or by way of someone. It is
used to indicate that something is to be delivered to an addressee where they don't normally receive
correspondence. In practice, it lets the post office know the recipient is not the normal recipient at
that street address.
costCenter - Department or Company that the cost is attributable to.
