Delete cars from a Billing Account

Removes one or more cars from the billing account by license number.

Returns HTTP 204 with no response body if all cars were removed successfully, or HTTP 207 if one or more items failed. The response contains a failures list - each entry includes the license number and an error message for cars that could not be removed. Cars not present in failures were successfully removed.

A request may carry at most 50 cars. A larger request is refused with HTTP 400 and none of its cars is removed.

A partner in the US writes each car as <state>_<license number>, for example NY_ABC123, in the same way as when adding cars. Other partners send the license number alone.

On a billing account that is billed per car, the last car of the account cannot be removed, and a car cannot be removed while it has an active parking session. Removing a car takes it off every user’s profile on the account. Removing a car that is not on the account succeeds without change.
